Summer Plans

The summer term for 2015 has officially begun for me and I am so excited to start working on my summer plans! After a few days of post exam celebrations and packing and moving, I finally got to sit down and list down things that I want to achieve this summer.

This will be my first summer not going back to Malaysia at all and I am honestly quite nervous about it. I don’t want to get homesick and regret my decision, so I am going to keep myself as busy and productive as I can. By listing these items down and sharing it with all of you, I am giving myself more pressure to adhere to my goals. I really love the summer here and I am going to make the best out of it!

Besides taking summer school for the first two months, my main focus will be on this blog. I am actually taking this blog as a marketing project and I am going to rebrand the entire site. I have been wanting to do this for a while because I have some huge plans for It is going to be a 2-3 months project, and I believe that it will be a very useful experience for my future career. Over the course of the summer, there will be changes being made to the site, and it might be down for a bit, so please be patient with me when it all happens!

Now that the weather is getting warm and I am not too busy, there are no more excuses for me to not workout anymore. I really want to maintain my healthy habits like waking up early and having fixed workout schedules despite having huge time freedom in the summer. Oh yea, I am going to force myself to get back to swimming too. I have totally forgotten what I learned in my swimming lessons last summer. LOL Time to work for that beach body b*tches!!!

I am going to meet the bestie Vivian Siow in New York Cityyyy!!! I am so excited to meet up with this girl in July. It has been a long time since we actually met and I can’t wait to spend time and travel around with her. Ahhh just thinking about it makes me so excited!

As for my bucket list, the original plan was to go skydiving in Vancouver. However, after seeing so many cool videos of people skydiving in Dubai, I am second guessing my decision. I might end up going for ziplining this year and save the skydive for my future trip to Dubai. We’ll see how it goes!

More free time? More time to sing and read! I can finally catch up with my reading list and make Youtube covers again! Please comment if you have any song requests or good book recommendations. Thanks in advance! <3

And that’s about my plans for the summer. I am looking forward to the struggle between my laziness and desire to achieve my goals. It happens way too often when we have so many summer plans and without realizing, the summer is gone and nothing is done.  I don’t want that to happen to me this year, thus the list and this blog post.

Take your time to think about your summer plans and list them down too, it’s really effective if you take it seriously. Have a great summer break everybody! 😀 😀
