Hush, Don’t Rush

To the ones who are leaving school soon –
Hush, don’t rush.
You might not know where you’re headed or what you want to do, but it’s okay.
It’s okay because you haven’t stepped into the real world yet. How would you know what you like or don’t like in a place that you haven’t been into?
Don’t be pressured by the society.
Your peers who seem to have their shit together? Chances are they are acting like they do just so they can conform.
Fake it till you make it, I’m sure you’ve heard of it.

Be honest with yourself about what truly makes you happy.
Leave all commitments and obstacles aside and picture what you would be doing without them,
where do you want to be in 10, 20 or 30 years from now.
See it yet?
Now, ask yourself, what PAIN you are willing to go through to get there.
Because, be it career or fitness or relationships, success doesn’t come easy in this world.
Easy things don’t give you the satisfaction that your heart desire,
you need to suffer and persevere and give your whole to truly treasure the beacon fire.

Follow your heart, be willing to experience hardship to get to where you want.
This is just the beginning, you have the rest of your life to learn from your mistakes today.

Good luck! And remember – Hush, don’t rush.
